2021 Student Registration

REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2021 MARCHING BAND IS OPEN UNTIL WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2ND, 2021 at 11:59PM. 

This is so we have an accurate count for how many students will be participating, so band leadership, music, choreography, flag work can be provided and drill can begin being written before summer vacation. Students need to be registered before summer so that school transportation, U-Hauls, and charter buses can all be reserved, as well funding can properly be assigned and allocated.

 

This registration should be completed by a parent/guardian, with the student present.

 

Welcome to the 2021-2022 Marching Band Season.  Below is information regarding registration for the Fall Marching Band season.  Marching Band registration will transition to the Planet High School registration platform this year. This is the registration platform used by all athletic teams at Saucon Valley High School. We ask that you please find the category below that fits your past experience with the PlanetHS registration system to help you through this process.  



I have an existing PlanetHS account as I was an Athlete in 2020-2021

  • If you participated in a sport last year as an athlete, you already have a PlanetHS account.  Both the student and parent should log into their existing PlanetHS account, select Marching Band and any sports they will participate in this year and complete all registration requirements.  
    • Note:  A PIAA Physical for both Marching Band & Sports may not be obtained prior to June 1.  The PIAA Physical Form will become available on PlanetHS on June 1 for completion and uploading. After June 1 you will need to log back into your accounts to fully complete registration. 
    • Note: Please be sure to connect yourself to the correct school.  If you are in 9-12th grade in 2021-2022 your home school should be the High School.  If you are in 7th or 8th grade in 2021-2022 your home school should be the Middle School

 

I do not have an existing PlanetHS account and need to create one

  • In order to complete registration properly in PlanetHS, both the student and parent will create separate accounts that will be linked together.  The purpose of this is so that both the student and parent both complete registration requirements separately. 
  • To create an account students should go to planeths.com and create an account using their school email address.  After establishing a password, the student will have an option to invite their parents to link accounts.  Students should invite their parents by using their parents email address.  When the parent receives the invitation via email, both accounts can be linked and the registration process can be completed by both the student and parent in their respective accounts. 



Season Absence Reporting Form

If you are going to be absent for any reason during the Marching Band season for a planned event (ex: Wedding, Doctor’s Appointment etc), please complete the link below for planning and scheduling purposes.
