Injury/Rehab Workouts for Social Distancing Athletes
If you are having any injury pains or need to continue with exercise or rehab related to a current injury, please contact your Athletic Trainer! They will be able to write you a program to continue with your recovery during our closure. Athletic Trainer contacts are below.
Also, please remember the importance of distancing yourselves from others during this time. Although the urge may be there to get together with your friends during this break from school, that defeats the purpose of the importance of social distancing. Please help us stop the spread of this virus as quickly as possible and remain home as much as possible through next week at minimum.
