2023-24 Superintendent Goals
GOAL #1 - STUDENT GROWTH
Determine program effectiveness, the attainment of annual and long-term academic and financial goals and ensure best practices for instruction and management.
GOAL #2 - LEADERSHIP
Maintain productive relationships with all employee groups to ratify, with Board approval, contracts and agreements that are fair and fiscally sound and reflect current and predicted federal, state and local budget scenarios.
The Board of School Directors conducts an annual formal written performance assessment of the School District Superintendent at the beginning of each school year for the previous school year. The performance assessment is based on contractually agreed-to objective performance standards. The result of the annual performance assessment is that the District Superintendent has met all of her objectives for the 2023-2024 school year.
Superintendent Evaluation
Consistent with the Public School Code, the Saucon Valley School District Board of School Directors met with Superintendent Jaime Vlasaty on October 28, 2025 to review her agreed-to objective performance standards. The District is pleased to report that the superintendent successfully met her goals for the 2024–2025 school year.
