Superintendent Goals

As required by Act 82, 2012, the Saucon Valley School Board of Directors is required to post mutually agreed upon objective performance standards included in the contract of the Superintendent. The performance assessment of the Superintendent occurs annually. 

The Saucon Valley School District Board of School Directors participates in an evaluation process of the Superintendent, which includes review and consideration of detailed recommendations regarding the Superintendent's performance. The domains in the evaluation are:
