While Board members are always available to listen to concerns, it’s usually best to reach out to the teacher or administrator closest to the situation first, as they may be best able to address your questions directly. To help you find answers and support, the District has outlined the following steps:

  1. Start with your child’s teacher: If your concern involves your child or a classroom matter, please reach out to the teacher first. They’re often in the best position to provide insights and assistance.
  2. Next, contact school leadership: If more help is needed, the school principal or assistant principal is there to assist and address any further concerns.
  3. District-specific concerns: If your question involves a particular area within the District (such as Transportation, Chapter I, Special Education, or Curriculum), feel free to call the District Office at 610-838-7001 to speak with the appropriate department.
  4. When additional assistance is needed: If you’ve tried these steps but still need further help, please contact the Superintendent at 610-838-7001 or reach out to a School Board member.

For any formal charges, complaints, or challenges, please submit them in writing to the Superintendent, the Superintendent’s Secretary, or the Board’s Secretary, signed by the person submitting. In general, formal charges brought to an open Board meeting will be directed to the Superintendent for further review.
