Mark Mazzitelli, School Police Officer
Officer Mazzitelli has over 25 years of experience in law enforcement. A graduate of DeSales University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, he began his career at KidsPeace before joining the Whitehall Township Police Department in 1998. Rising through the ranks to Deputy Chief, Mark has led criminal investigations, ensured compliance with policies, and overseen personnel management and internal reviews.
From 2001 to 2020, he served on the Lehigh County Municipal Emergency Response Team, advancing to Assistant Commander. Mark holds specialized certifications in SWAT, hostage rescue, and leadership development, including training through FBI-LEEDA and the NYPD. His leadership and expertise have made him a trusted figure in public safety.
