Hellertown, PA -- Saucon Valley Middle School has some published artists!

Congratulations to sixth graders Olivia, Nora, Ella, Emily and Ava Rose, whose artwork was selected for publication by Young Artists in its latest collection, Food Friends.

For the project, students were challenged to imagine what might happen if their favorite foods came to life. The result was a creative collection filled with imaginative and colorful food-inspired characters ranging from PB&J to a Pizza Pirate.

The students’ artwork is now featured in the published book alongside work from young artists across the country. Recently, the students had the opportunity to see their artwork in print and look through the book together. Principal Mr. Hauser also stopped by to congratulate the students and celebrate their accomplishment.

We’re especially proud to share that every Saucon Valley student who entered the contest was selected for publication!
