Facilities
Please know, approved non-school groups (Groups II, III, IV, V) will be assigned space according to the order of receipt of application. School facilities normally will not be available on Sundays or during holiday breaks for any school group unless previously approved by the Superintendent or designee. Facilities will be available 6pm to 10pm. Please review the fee schedule and Policy 707 prior to completing the online facility use form.
During summer months, the District reserves the right to close its facilities for a period of time for rental for all groups.
Communicating your event:
Clearly communicate in all advertised materials the following: "This event/activity is not sponsored by the Saucon Valley School District or its Board of Directors". Notices and promotional materials may not use the terms "Saucon Valley School District" , SVSD" or the name of any district school. When referencing the location of the activity or event, you may only use the address and room number/name if applicable.

RULE AND REGULATIONS FOR USE OF FACILITY:
It is the policy of the Board of Directors of the Saucon Valley School District (Policy 707) to make available the facilities of the school district to responsible organizations, associations, and individuals of the community for civic, cultural, educational, and recreational activities, when the scheduling of these actvities does not interfere with the educational program of the district.
APPLICATION FOR USE OF FACILITIES:
You will be sent a copy of your responses on submission of form; please bring a copy of that email to the event as you may be required to show for verification. Please remember to upload a current government issued ID showing residency in Lower Saucon Township or the Borough of Hellertown. Any questions please contact facilities.calendar@svpanthers.org.
