LEO Club Spreads Kindness Across Saucon Valley High School

Students in the Saucon Valley High School LEO Club are making kindness visible this fall by creating colorful paper leaves filled with encouraging messages and positive affirmations.

Hellertown, PA -- Students in the Saucon Valley High School LEO Club are making kindness visible this fall by creating colorful paper leaves filled with encouraging messages and positive affirmations. Once completed, the leaves were displayed throughout the building — on lockers, hallway boards and classroom doors — serving as daily reminders for students and staff to lift one another up.

The project is part of the club’s ongoing effort to foster a welcoming, supportive school climate while gearing up for their upcoming Toys for Tots fundraiser. Through both acts of service and simple gestures of encouragement, LEO Club members are finding meaningful ways to give back to their school and the community.

A special thank-you goes to teacher Mr. Mario Marcozzi for providing a space where they could come together to share ideas, creativity and kindness. It reaffirms what Saucon Valley School District is trying to accomplish through its Rachel's Challenge Initiative.
