Hellertown, PA -- The Saucon Valley High School gymnasium hosted a memorable evening Thursday, temporarily turning into the area’s premier destination for fun family entertainment as Saucon Valley faced off against the world-famous Harlem Wizards.

The energy at a Harlem Wizards game is truly like no other.

With rim-rattling dunks, mesmerizing ball-handling and jaw-dropping tricks, the Wizards deliver an awe-inspiring show.

But what made the night truly special was the community involvement. From on-court experiences for kids to cheering on beloved teachers and community leaders, everyone had a chance to be part of the fun.

Success for the Cheer Program

This high-energy event served as a major fundraiser for the Saucon Valley Competitive Cheer Program. The bleachers were packed, the smiles were contagious and the fundraiser was a success, exceeding expectations. It will help fund the cheerleaders trip to Nationals.

"The night exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have done it without all of our participating staff members," said Regina Albano, who, along with Tara Matus, helped organize the event. 

The enthusiasm and participation of the SV Staff —composed of dedicated teachers, coaches and administrators—was a highlight of the night. Their willingness to step onto the court and put on a show demonstrated their strong commitment to the students and the cheer team's cause.
