From March to June 2024, Saucon Valley School District partnered with the Donovan Group to complete a comprehensive
communication audit and create a strategic communication plan. The plan, built on community feedback and best practices,
outlines steps to strengthen district communications, expand digital presence, highlight positive stories and better engage
all audiences—from parents and students to alumni, community members and local leaders. Designed as a living document, the
plan will be updated regularly to meet the district’s evolving needs.
