Our work includes:
  • Proactive communication and storytelling that highlights student learning, staff excellence and district achievements.
  • Development of standardized internal materials to ensure clear, consistent messaging across the district, schools and departments.
  • Management of ParentSquare as the district’s primary tool for parent/guardian communication, ensuring timely updates and streamlined outreach.
  • Content creation and management for district social media channels, celebrating student/staff success and promoting events, programs, and initiatives.
  • District website updates and content management, serving as a central hub for information and resources.
  • Photography, videography, and graphic design to capture and share the Saucon Valley story in engaging ways.
  • Production of newsletters and print materials to connect with families and the broader community.
  • Support for parent and community groups in promoting events and initiatives.
  • Collaboration with athletics, activities and the arts to celebrate and amplify student opportunities.
  • Coordination with outside stakeholders — including local media, partner organizations and community leaders — to ensure timely updates, broaden storytelling and strengthen public trust.
  • Crisis communication when urgent, accurate information must be shared quickly and effectively.
  • Brand management and style guidance to ensure the district’s identity is consistent, professional and recognizable.
  • Community engagement initiatives such as forums, surveys and more to listen to stakeholders and encourage two-way communication.
  • Staff communication support including toolkits, talking points and training to help employees serve as ambassadors of the district.
