Moving to a Different Residence Within the District
If a student moves to a different residence within the district at any time, the parent/guardian must immediately notify their child's school office and provide 2 new proofs of residency (refer to residency documentation requirements listed above). The current bus stop and mailing address will not be changed until the 2 new proofs of residency have been submitted to the school office.
Moving Out of the District
If a student is moving out of the Saucon Valley School District, the parent must notify their child's school office of the anticipated withdraw date as well as the name and address of the new school the student will be attending. Current grades, most recent report card and immunization record will be given to parents to present to their child's new school. These items must be picked up in the school office on the last day of attendance. Parents are also asked to sign a Records Release Statement so that their child’s records may be forwarded to the new district.
