Course Registration for the 2023 - 2024 School Year

Students will receive a registration instruction form and a course registration form.  The course registration form should be used as a guide to pick courses prior to completing the online registration.

Students' course selection should be guided by their Education and Career Plan (ECP) to make sure they are taking courses that prepare them for their future goals. There are many post-secondary options to be considered. Four year colleges, two year trade and technical schools, community colleges, apprenticeships, military and on the job training are viable options based on the student's career pathway.

Colleges want students to challenge themselves academically. Students should be enrolled in the most rigorous courses in which they can be successful. The Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School offers many opportunities for students to gain skills and continue post-secondary education or go directly into the workforce.  Students who are planning on working after graduation should be taking a program that provides them with the skills they need to enter the workforce. There is not just one way to do it but what is best for each individual student.

Students should talk to their teachers and counselors now to get their input for course placement.

Please see the Program of Studies for course descriptions and career pathways.
