To view the calendar of your choice simply click on the calendar name. To view tips on how to use the calendars click here.

TIPS:
Views~
The calendars have several views available to the user. The calendars will open in the month view. To change the view of the calendar simply click on the view icon of your choice. To view a different day, you can select a date from the month view to the right of your calendar.

 

View	Description
Day	This view displays all events and meetings for the current day.
Week	This view displays all events and meetings for the current week.
Month	This is the default Calendar view, which displays all events and meetings for the current month.

Open an Event/Meeting~
When viewing the calendar, double-click an event/meeting to open it. Once an item is open, you will be able to view any details available.
Note:  If you double-click a recurring item, such as a weekly meeting, Outlook Web Access will ask if you want to open the occurrence (the meeting only on the day you selected) or the entire series (every meeting).

Search~
Click on the search icon . Type the word(s) you want to search for, and then click on the 'Find Now' button. A list of search results will appear in the bottom of the search dialogue box. Double-click on a result if you wish to open it.
