Parent/Guardian/Student Access System

In an effort to increase communication, the Saucon Valley School District has implemented a new web-based access site called PowerSchool Parent/Guardian/Student Access.  It is a feature of the PowerSchool student management system currently used by our district staff. 

Parent/Guardian Access - GRADES 6 to 12 only

Statistics have proven that regular communication between a child's parent/guardian and school staff members increases the effectiveness of the child’s education.  As a parent/guardian, PowerSchool Parent Access will allow you to view your child’s academic progress at http://powerschool.svpanthers.org using any internet-accessible computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Available information will include items such as: overall grades, individual assignment grades, and daily attendance.

Parents/Guardians access the PowerSchool system by using a user ID and password provided by the school main office for each student.  See below for directions on how to obtain a user ID and password.

Student Access - GRADES 6 to 12 only

Students attending Saucon Valley may also access the PowerSchool system using the user ID and password provided to them by the guidance department.  Using the PowerSchool system the student would have access to his/her information including schedules, grades, and attendance.

Parent/Guardian Access Directions - GRADES 6 to 12 only

Your child’s user ID and password will first be made available to you at your child’s school open house, and will be distributed by staff members from the technology department who will be located at the locations listed below.  If you have more than one child currently enrolled in the district, each child will receive their own personal and confidential ID and password for you to access their information.  You will be able to obtain all of your children’s IDs and passwords during the open house dates listed below, even if they are in different grade levels or buildings.  To obtain your ID and password after the open house date, please visit the main office of your child’s school during regular school hours.   

*You will be required to show a picture ID in order to obtain your child’s ID and password.*

 February 21^st, 2008 - Middle School & High School Open House – 6:30 - 8:30 pm
(Middle School side of the pedestrian bridge, half way between the Middle School and High School)
